Vendor Commission :

Eparts charges a commission to sellers for each successful sale made through the platform. The commission rates range from 5% to 25% depending on various factors, including the type of product and seller performance.

Orders: One will define below as CART the intangible object gathering the whole of the Products selected by the BUYER of the Site in view of a purchase having clicked on these elements. In order to proceed with his order, the Customer chooses the Product(s) he wishes to order by adding them to his CART whose content can be modified at any time. To make a purchase on the Eparts website, the BUYER must:

Faithful copies of purchase orders and invoices are archived by Eparts on a reliable and robust medium in compliance with the stipulations of country’s laws. Eparts archives are considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties to the purchase.

Delivery Products ordered in hardcopy form shall be delivered by postal mail to the address provided on the purchase order. The indicated delivery time is an estimate. However, no damages or penalties of any kind will be due as a result of a delay.
